BLACK TEA AND GREEN TEA PREVENT STROKE Black tea and green tea turned out to have properties in helping to prevent risk of stroke. Green tea is a beverage made from the tea plant  Camellia sinensis . Based on the processing process, three kinds of tea classified. Namely black tea, oolong tea and green tea .  These three different tea producing physical and chemical. Chemically most striking difference is the composition of polyphenol compounds. In the processing of black tea and oolong tea, most catechins transformed into theaflavins, thearubigin and theanaphtoquinone.
